Charlie Hase is a journeyman pedal-steel/dobro/lap-slide guitarist, who, for over 35 years, has been adding accompaniment in both live and recording situations to a myriad of artists in many styles of music, including Juno and other award recipients. He has performed in venues from coffee houses and bars, to large concert halls, theatres, festivals, and recording studios. From Montreal originally, his career has taken him to Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary, as well as traveling across Canada, and to Europe with touring artists/bands. Recently, Charlie and his steel guitar have been freelancing on live and recording dates for various artists in Calgary and Vancouver.
Jonathan Lewis has been bowing his violin since the tender age of 5. Since those early days of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Jonathan’s repertoire has subsequently expanded into rock, jazz, country, western swing, Greek music, and beyond. With various different ensembles, he has toured extensively in North America and Europe. In addition, his studies have taken him as far as the remote mountain villages of northern Greece, and even into Albania. Jonathan also works frequently as a composer, creating music for many different theatrical productions, as well as film and animation soundtracks.
