Volunteer

If you are available between 11:00am and 1:15pm on Wednesdays and are an outgoing person, become a volunteer for the Noon Concert Series. Shows are year-round.

Basic Job Description: The volunteer greets the public as they arrive, hands out the performance program, and welcomes them to the performance. No knowledge of the performing arts required. Ushers typically remain in the lobby area of the Cathedral during the forty minute performance, which is both visible and audible from their location.

The Commitment: Volunteers hours are on Wednesdays only, from11:00am until 1:15pm

Our Audience: You will be welcoming a wide variety of the general public, which will require an open minded attitude towards the general public and a warm, welcoming demeanor! Our audiences are comprised of Family, Adult 18 – 64 and Seniors 65+

Benefits of Volunteering: You will benefit by being exposed to a wonderfully eclectic arts community!

Additional Information:

• Position is suitable for either male or female volunteers
• Training and orientation is provided
• If you are a new Canadian all you require is basic English language conversational skills
