The Invertigo Trio returns to the ProArts @ Noon Concert Series to perform as part of the 2016 JazzYYC Summer Festival. Inspired by the great jazz saxophone trios of Sonny Rollins, Branford Marsalis and others, local stalwarts Jim Brenan on tenor saxophone, bassist Rubim DeToledo and drummer Jon McCaslin join forces to present a program of dynamic original compositions and unique arrangements of jazz standards drawn from the jazz tradition.

Mixing a diverse repertoire between choice standards and forward thinking original compositions, this trio combines the old with the new to create an original and multidirectional group sound.
