Vocal Latitudes is a non-auditioned world music community choir in Calgary. The mixed-voice, community choir has been a fixture in Calgary for the past 18 years, with appearances in the ProArts at Noon series, Heritage Park, the National Music Centre, Arts Commons and many senior’s residences and community centres. The choir has performed with many notable artists, including a special collaboration with singer-songwriter Coco Love Alcorn as part of the Fish Creek concert series.

Just weeks ago, on November 13, 2023 for his grand finale, Frank Rackow, director emeritus, and Vocal Latitudes choir members were invited to participate in a performance of Norwegian composer Ola Gjeilo’s new composition, Twilight Mass, on stage at Carnegie Hall in New York City, .
