Soprano Catherine Lippitt began her musical training in Calgary, Alberta, singing with the Calgary Youth Choir (now the Calgary Children’s Choir) and the Mount Royal Youth Choir. She holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Manitoba and a Masters of Music from the University of Western Ontario, both in Vocal Performance.
Catherine is a founding member of the Canadian Chamber Choir, a 17 voice ensemble which focuses on promotion of Canadian Music, Artists, Composers and Community through singing.
In Calgary, Catherine is a vocal coach with the Cantaré Children’s Choir and maintains a private voice studio.
