Campbell and Corner

George Campbell and Wayne Corner have been playing together for years now. We play old string music that has great stories and deep grooves. Our concerts are a gumbo of songs about love, natural disasters, the occasional hanging, hope and despair. Just like life, but with more foot tapping. 

In honor of the approaching Valentine’s Day our tunes will embrace love, or at least try to. We don’t expect any associated hangings, but it is likely you will hear about love that slips away, is achingly close, is sadly distant and/or right there in our full grasp.

We will encourage you to sing with us on a few choruses, to help you warm up for Valentine’s Day activities.
