Hymm is a world fusion music band whose focus is on bringing the traditional melodies from all around the world to audiences -with a modern composition. Musicians origins are Iranian, Syrian, Turkish, Russian & Quebec.
As a viola/cello duo, these brothers are pleased to present a program of 20th and 21st Century classical music, featuring repertoire from well known composers such as Hindemith and Piston, as well as the lesser known Norwegian composer Kjell Marcussen (a friend of the CPO's own Rune Bergmann).
Who Cares? is a duo project between violinist Laura Reid and flutist Jiajia Li, who have known each other for over 15 years. Their aim as a duo was to provide support for each other while exploring and expanding their repertoire and musical growth.

Mother and daughter duo Anna and Daiga Stube will present a concert featuring works that highlight the cherished cultural traditions binding our society; such as the rhythmic intrigue of Brahms’ Hungarian Dances and the flair of Monti’s famous gypsy showpiece Czardas, interlaced with the intimate setting of lyrical compositions by Kreisler and Elgar revealing the faith and compassion music encapsulates.
UCalgary’s Collegium Musicum, directed by Julie Harris, is dedicated to exploring music from the baroque period and earlier.
