Laura’s Concert is Titled Welsh Songs & Italian Arias and below are her comments:

Wales is enriched in music and song and is known as ‘a singing nation’. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to some of these wonderful Welsh melodies steeped in tradition. Being originally from Wales, I think its important to share my heritage and keep the tradition alive in my now home, Calgary, Canada.

The Italian arias I have chosen are popular selections that most people would have heard. I hope you enjoy the performance as much as I will and that it will give you some new music to discover! Enjoy, or as we say in Wales ‘mwynhewch’!
