Shaye Zadravec, a born and raised Calgarian and multi disciplined artist, continues to pursue her passion for music and live performance throughout Western Canada and beyond.
It’s very likely Shaye was singing her little heart out long before being able to form full sentences as a youngster and not much has changed since then. Proof to come in the grammatical errors scattered throughout this bio.
Shaye has recorded and released two musical projects to date with a third one on the way. Her previous projects, “Norway” and “Now and Then”, reached audiences all over the world and led to extensive work domestically as well as two European tours throughout the Netherlands.
While composing and performing original music is undoubtedly part of her artistic palette, there is nothing Shaye loves more than taking apart, dissecting, rearranging, and adding empathy into carefully curated material. Think of it as the art of interpretation. And it’s an art she humbly flourishes in.
For Shaye, the only thing better than singing is sharing the stage with other inspiring and dedicated artists. Today she’ll be doing just that as she’s joined by Tim Leacock on guitar and harmony vocals.
