The Decibelles, a treble vocal quartet, are looking forward to sharing an eclectic mix of pop/jazz covers ranging from the Beatles to Manhattan Transfer and Myley Cyrus to Citizen Queen. They will touch on a variety of topics including food, female empowerment and of course love.
The Decibelles (previously known as Here Comes Treble) is a quartet of friends who share a passion for vocal music. Throughout the years, they have sung in different groups and performed on many stages. They have explored different musical genres (from classical to modern jazz) and love challenging and unique song arrangements. They come together to share with you their love of music and present songs from different eras, with a special touch.
The treble quartet has performed multiple times at the Calgary Carol Festival and the Knox Carol Festival. They have been featured artists at the Varsity Open Mic Stage, opened at the Rocky Mountain Folk Club, sung as guests of the Wednesday Night Big Band and entertained the summer crowd at the Millarville Farmers’ Market. They had their own concert at Asylum for Art with a sold-out audience and performed in a variety of hospices and senior residences.
