In 2024 a small group of likeminded choral singers came together to sing works at a more advanced level. Directed by Damian Jordan and accompanied by Gaylene Hennan, Via Voci is pleased to present their first full length concert “Dances of Stars and Water”. Drawing from a variety of genres and composers, they have works that feature dance-like rhythms, Celtic inspired songs, jazz songs like Blue Skies, northern songs about the awesome sky and stars or inspired by lakes and rivers, delightful songs without words like Minuet and Blake’s Bossa, and you will even sing along with Song Seven – Si Le Le made famous by Voces8.
