EnChor Chamber Choir
With a mandate to collaborate with other Canadian artists, EnChor Chamber Choir has worked with Calgary artists such as Corps Bara Dance, Foothills Brass, Fire Exit Theatre and Lily String Quartet.
Joel Balzun, baritone
Baritone and Composer Joel Balzun is establishing himself as a mature new voice in the future of music. Joel is currently pursuing a Master’s of Music Degree in Vocal Performance and Literature at the prestigious Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY.

Featuring students from Mount Royal University Conservatory’s Academy and Advanced Performance Program.
This concert presents music of Robert de Visée, a lutenist in the court of Louis XIV, played by Tim Janz on one-keyed Baroque flute and Ralph Maier playing the theorbo, the long necked lute that was developed by the Florentine Camerata as a continuo instrument.
