In November 1992 a group of Irish Immigrants and their Canadian friends formed the Irish Cultural Society of Calgary choir. Thirty years later this welcoming group of singers regularly rehearse on Wednesday night at the Irish Cultural Society Hall in Bowness.

The ProArts@Noon Concert Series was fortunate in the early days to receive the support of local music instructors who used the ProArts@Noon Concert Series format to showcase the talents of their students.
